“Toilet flooded, was moved to a different room and told I would receive a refund for that night. Air conditioning very poor in the new room and never got a refund as I was told.”

Highly appreciated all services, i.e. the inner garage, wood and all accessories to light the fireplace in the apartment, coffee tea and water available in the hall. “You are just outside city center in a more residential area however, it was a great place to stay for our one night. You're in an apartment building that has some full time residents. Lots of cute dogs around! There's a taco truck walking distance called La Sabrosita. We went there for dinner AND breakfast. Order ahead if you can. Check in process is a little complicated for someone who is not tech savy.”

“This is our second time staying here as a family of 6. We love it because of the great location (right next to the lake), the built in amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, family room, and games), and calmness. Our kids are 19, 14, 13, and 11 and all four love staying here. We can fit in a two or three bedroom with the pull out couch, there’s always a well stocked kitchen, and plenty to do around the area.
