“We have been coming to West Jefferson for several years now and always enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express. Very convenient location and amenities are what we need. Always clean and breakfast is good with healthy options like yogurt and fruit. Coffee service area is very nice to have too ! ”

“Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. The jetted tub was a nice addition. Breakfast had a wide selection of food and all was good. The only negative that we had was our room was on the King Street side and the traffic noise was awful. Other than that our stay was great. Thanks”

“Trovo che le foto per questo motel siano forvianti. Sicuramente i lodge saranno bellissimi come nelle foto ma la parte motel è desolante. Al momento della prenotazione non si capisce che la struttura è divisa in 2 (lodge e motel) e la parte motel è squallida e su una strada molto trafficata. Il bagno era pulito ma nell'angolo della stanza c'era una grande ragnatela con tanto di ospite peloso e nero. Lenzuola e assciugameni puzzolenti. Mi sono sempre trovata molto bene con Hotels.com ma in questo...
