“The weather was very hot and our air conditioner wasn't turning on when we went to bed. Staff tried to fix at 1am. We slept with sliding door open, hot room, noisy, street traffic. Not a good nights sleep at all, and still charged full price. I won't stay there again. The other times before it was fine.”

“The room tends to be cleaned. The staff is nice, the laundry facility is okay, and it is close to several restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. ”

“Staff was nice when we arrived. We kept having to go back to the office to re magnetize our key, which was suoer annoying. The first night the guy was very nice, the second night the guy was rude about it. Room was spacious and nice! Perfect spot to relax after the parks. We wish the pools were open later in the evenings. ”

“Got to our room, everything looked good and clean. Then I noticed we didnt have a microwave or towels. Left for the evening but I had let the front desk know and they took care of it. The next day we left early in the morning by 0730. Was expecting our room to be clean with new towels when we returned but it wasnt. So we reused the towels we had which were only 2 that they provided us for a family of 4. The next day we had to ask for more towels and they gave us another 2 and stated thats all...

“Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....

“Staff was nice. Room 307. Room was on the larger side, that’s about it. The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and hairs in the bed (thankfully we brought our own sheets). The shower didn’t drain, took 10 minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. The front door had a gap on the went from 1/4 inch to over an inch, so light and sound carne right in. ”
