“1. Rooms: lots of them have no windows - this is something you never expect in a 4-star hotel; to be frank, it is written in the room description, but very small and very hard to read.
2. Lifts: the two small lifts cannot cope with the rush hours; waiting for 5-mins is normal.
3. Lobby: there are no seats; no way to sit down while waiting for a cab.
4 Cleanness: they never hoover the corners and behind the doors; mold stains in the shower.

“Misleading Hotel Information: This is not a hotel and did not match the name or appearance shown in the booking information. The condition of the accommodation was unacceptably poor—far from what I had anticipated. The place lacked any reception, which was not clearly stated in the hotel listing.
