Porta la tua famiglia e i tuoi amici in questa nuova casa vacanza a una storia nella splendida Sunridge Estates. 3 camere da letto 2 bagno casa più 1 camera da letto 1 bagno completo casita! Questa casa accogliente dorme 16! Sedersi e rilassarsi presso la piscina tropicale E spa con vista sulle montagne e sui tetti. La piscina ha una ruota che cambia colore in modo che le luci cambino colore. Divertente da guardare di notte. Pool ha anche una mensola Baja e un tavolo incorporato per gustare un buon cocktail o una limonata fredda. Vista da casinò Peek-a-boo da Gazebo. Un sacco di tavoli da giardino posti a sedere all'esterno con 3 tavoli da giardino (posti a sedere per 18) e 4 sedie a sdraio per prendere il sole. Un sacco di spazio per 2 - 3 famiglie da distribuire e divertiti a fare barbecue, nuotare, giocare o guardare il grande gioco sul nostro grande schermo. Il Lago Mohave e l'atterraggio di Katherine sono a 12 minuti di distanza. Il casinò e il varo in barca al fiume sono a 5 minuti di distanza. Due box auto e parcheggio per altri quattro veicoli nel vialetto circolare. Parcheggio per barche e jet ski in strada. WIFI gratuito e DIRECTV. 1 letto king size, 2 divani letto queen size nella casita, letto queen size con letti singoli a castello e due letti singoli a castello e due letti a castello che possono ospitare 3 persone nel bunkroom (perfetto per tutti i bambini). Grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 più due al banco e un tavolo aggiuntivo che può ospitare altri 4. Cucina completamente attrezzata con quasi tutto da cucinare per l'intero gruppo. Sembrerà che siamo usciti e ti sei trasferito. Bunkroom ha una tv a grande schermo e una PS3 con giochi per bambini. Goditi una giornata al lago o al fiume e poi torna a casa a fare barbecue e rinfrescarti in piscina o goditi la rilassante jacuzzi. Casita ha giochi da tavolo con 2 divani e un angolo cottura con un lavandino e un piccolo frigorifero / congelatore. Ristoranti e casinò sono a soli 5 minuti di auto. Il club di Sam è a 5 minuti di distanza. Perfetto per Laughlin River Run, vacanze in famiglia o qualsiasi occasione. This property was beautiful! We had three generations ages 6 weeks to 64 and everyone had a great time. The separate casita was perfect for the new parents and baby. The main house had plenty of room for everyone else. The pool was amazing and the host was super responsive. Loved this property so much my grandkids want to live there.

Great house, lots of sleeping beds. All pots, pans and cups. Plenty of towels! This is usually not the case with pool homes. Garage parking was a Great plus.

We had an exceptional stay , and our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thank you to the host, who was always prompt and responsive to our requests. The house was immaculate, specious and provided ample room for our group, making our visit truly memorable. The location was ideal for our family, and we especially appreciated the pool and hot tub in the afternoon. Despite the cooler weather, the children had a fantastic time playing and didn’t seem to mind the chill. We could ‘’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely return to this location.

Our daughters family and us (9 total) fall boating trip your property met our needs. Appreciated being allowed to park in garage use of driveway for our boat. We enjoyed the gazebo for evenings of games, swim in the pool and two evenings of BBQ, beautiful sunsets and morning coffee on patio

Needed a house to host birthday event and this location and property were perfect to get around to the river and to the casinos. Jennifer was amazing throughout the entire process! Always communicating and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The house is fully stocked with all the things you need and then some. We will definitely be back!

Loved this house and all that it gave. Jennifer is a perfect host. She was very responsive and patient. She made sure we checked in on and checked to see if needed anything. Before arriving, I asked if we could possibly check in early, due to us arriving early from a 4 hour drive. I only asked for a couple of hours but was able to check in 4 hours early. Neighborhood is very nice.The majority of our stay was outside in the beautiful patio area, by the awesome pool. Loved the Casitas. There was plenty of space for our family. Definitely look forward to coming back next year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning vacation home that featured a beautiful pool with a charming casita. This house is perfect, I cannot recommend it enough! The pool was undoubtedly the highlight of the stay. It was just what the family needed after a hot day on the lake. My teens especially loved it when we turned on the lights. This gave them a perfect background for all their pictures. The surrounding area was beautifully landscaped and easily had seats for everyone. The casita added a wonderful touch to the overall charm of the property. There was so much space and it was perfect for my cousin's family of 4. The main house itself was equally impressive, offering spacious and comfortable living areas. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. I have to mention that Jennifer, the property owner, is amazing. She answered all our questions immediately. We have rented from her before, and her level of hospitality is a huge reason we keep coming back. Overall, my stay at this vacation home was an absolute delight and we can’t wait to come back.

This house was perfect for our group! There was something for everyone. Between the pool, the large dining room table for playing games, the room layout, and the proximity to Lake Mohave it was a memorable trip. Jennifer, the host, was great! We look forward to our next trip!

This was our second time staying here. This is house is beautiful,the pool is awesome,kitchen fully stocked and just overall a great place to enjoy time with family when not at the river. Jennifer is so easy to communicate with for any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this home to anyone especially larger groups as the house is very spacious. Thank you again Jennifer! We will be back for sure!

Really enjoyed our stay!! Well stocked kitchen. Loved the pool for volleyball! Great amount of sitting area for our large party. All 10 Beds were comfy. Loved the double refrigerators. Great house. Really appreciated having our golden retriever being able to join us too! And 10 minutes from the landing was so ideal!! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your great home!! Would love to come back again!!

Jennifer the host is so nice and responds quickly. This house is perfect for our Family vacation. Its very comfortable, and we enjoy the pool after long days on the lake. The short distance to Katherine's landing is a plus.
