“Absolute great vibe of a hotel. Checking in staff were super friendly answered all my questions. Exploring the place was a blast seeing all the snapshots of history in the hotel was great. The lift was a vibe if not a little scary though. A pain in the ass if some chum hasnt closed both doors and you have to go up and locate what floor it is on so my dad on crutches could get to the 2nd floor. Heating was not great for my room (the ther two were fine) I know ballarat winters are a different ...

“Beds were comfy and location was good. Villa was tiny tiny tiny! Barely space to walk around the beds. Really noisy as well, the road nearby must be part of the hoon blockie route. Games room was poor, with only 4-5 out of about ten games working. Wouldn't stay again.”

“The room was great, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was perfect, it hasn’t everything you need and you could actually enjoy a trip without having to leave the hotel - the pool, gym, games areas are great. The restaurant and bar was amazing - several different sections to enjoy, restaurant, bistro, sports bar, beer garden all with access to a play area for kids. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Ballarat”
