“Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! I will not share a bathroom with someone I don't know or even stay in a house with others I do not know. Had I know, we would not have booked the place. “My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!”

“We had a lovely stay. The living area is nicely set up for family-style meals and games. The kitchen is great, functions well. Plenty of sleeping space for all of us. Very close to Shaker Village, which was one of our activities. We visited during winter, kids made good use of game room, but would love to come back during Spring, Summer or Fall to fish. The host is very responsive, helpful and accomodating. She is great to work with. Thank you so much for hosting us.”
