“Basic hotel price is reasonable and the room was clean. I could hear the road but given it's proximity to 5 and Capitol it's to be expected.”

Anyway I was trying to find someone so I saw a person through window I make turn fast to catch her but she disappeared so I parked my car n walked towards the window n that’s the time she comes out, she wants to charge me extra $40 fee cuz it’s early in morning 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“Easy to get to from downtown and eastside areas. Great parking. Very private. no staff on site but easily reached via phone”

“The MSH is always a great place to stay easily located and with walking distance to great restaurants and other amenities. As always the hotel as a whole is a wonderful place to stay.”

“Book ahead and paid 100% Valet parking $60/night or park a block away and risk your car getting broken into. Losers charged the $60 plus an additional $35 for service fees, plus $11 for what. So $106 plus $5 tip. ”

“I wanted my girlfreind and 1 to visit the hotel and see if any paranormal activity would occur. at one point in the evening I went into the restroom and a text from her asked if i were crying? I replyed no and asked why the strange question? she said please dont take long, I hear a man wimpering and crying in the room. So strange sounds and noises happen alot here and I shall return at some time in the future. thanks for the memories”

“Palm Court restaurant awesome, best waiters especially Keith M who took such great care of me and my colleagues! I brought 5 new people to the Benson over 2 weeks because I loved it so much and they wanted to see it. Spacious rooms, great carpet, lots of blankets, everything fresh and new. Very friendly staff always at the front desk. ”
