“A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌”
“We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Everything about this hotel (location, food, room, area, staff) was great with one glaring exception (which we reported). The hostess in the 6th floor restaurant was rude on multiple occasions. She did not fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. We reported this (several people in our party noticed her attitude on multiple occasions)

“Spent one night here after visiting the Southampton Boat Show, perfect location and a short walk to the show entrance as well as to the high street.
The double room was immaculate and modern. The bathroom was immaculate too with a large walk in shower and had thick fluffy towels.
The room has tea/coffee facilities, bottled water and biscuits too. TV in the wall was clear.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.

“Room looked good and was comfortable. Great, friendly staff and good cleaning in the room. The continental breakfast served to the room was perhaps not to the same "level" of quality as the rest of the hotel experience. There was some road noise at times, being on the front and potentially due to the single glazing. I'd suggest requesting a room on the back if you are a light sleeper.
