The space
Otra Casa is a 2 storey townhouse style villa. This ideally located Dunsborough holiday home is truly a perfect mix of locations with beach, town and seclusion all at your doorstep. Just a 5 minute walk away, you are in the centre of cosmopolitan Dunsborough, with cafes, restaurants, shopping and a stunning bay foreshore.

Whip up a tasty meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or enjoy a warm summer breeze as you fire up the BBQ at sunset in the private courtyard overlooking bushland. In the living room, there is plenty of room to chill on the cosy couches after a day exploring. In Winter kick back and relax in front of the pot belly wood fire and enjoy one of the regions famous reds!

On the second level you will find the spacious master Suite with private balcony, queen size bed and spacious ensuite. The two additional guest bedrooms are located on the first level serviced by the family bathroom and powder room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 feature 2 x single beds and 1 x double bed.

Otra Casa is the perfect holiday home for an easy, fun, relaxing break in the Cape Naturaliste region.

This property is self-catering; however, a welcome pack of essential items is provided. We also provide a porta cot and highchair – we do request that you bring along your own cot linen and mattress protector.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Note: Firewood is available from May to September. Outside of this period, guests are welcome to purchase firewood from any local service station.
Firewood is available upon request before arrival. Please inform us 3 days before arrival if you would like to order. Firewood is available for $35 per bag, and Kindling is $35. If you order a set, it's only $65 for a bag of firewood and kindling.
