“I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.”

“This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance. I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels. The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. “We stayed a weekend specifically for an Orioles game and to explore the inner harbor of Baltimore. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for these activities. Walk to the ballpark and the surrounding establishments, hop on the Charm City Circulator to take you into Fells Point and the light rail to and from BWI. Helpful staff, clean and spacious room with comfort. Highly recommended!”
