“My wife and I stayed here in early Sept. this is a fantastic new hotel! The staff was extreme friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were super comfy! The view of the Flatirons from pool was an awesome bonus! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“This hotel was amazing. An older Boutique Hotel right in the middle of Pearl Street shops. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a cheap Uber if needed. The coffee shop in the hotel was really nice, and the bars offered late night cocktail. The Speakeasy down below was amazing, but regretfully only open one night over the week while we were there. Would most certainly stay here again!”

The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!!
My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant.
