“Location. Great character. Warm welcome. Exquisite room, quiet, clean, comfortable. Dining Hall where we ate a great breakfast, a good lunch and an excellent dinner!”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“We absolutely loved the atmosphere, you feel like youre tucked away in the mountains but yet its barely a 10 minute drive into town. The staff were very accomodating and friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. We had an issue with our shower in the first room and the staff weree quick to resolve the issue. We will definitely be comimg back.”

Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person. ”
