“The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on”

“The staff were friendly and if they knew your name, they Sani’s my name. One evening, I had to get dress while the hose keeper was in my room. I shared that my room was fine and while I was gone, she returned and cleaned the room. One concern that I had was there were no public television so I had to retrieve to my room to watch the finals.”
