“you can only eat at restaurants if you have a reservation one night we went to 3 different places not full not even half full at all 3 we even went to the place to pay to eat and was turned away just seems crazy that they have only one place that you don't need a reservation but it serves same food each night.”

“We just got back from Dreams Los Cabos and had a great stay! The pool was amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We also appreciated that the staff wasn’t overly pushy with membership offers, which made for a more relaxing vacation. The only thing we felt was missing was more nighttime entertainment and shows compared to other resorts we’ve visited. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on”
