“Overall beautiful resort with stunning views and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the variety of amenities, including the re-purposed tennis courts into pickleball courts. The restaurants were average and prices seemed high, even for resort pricing. We stayed at the Baja Point and most amenities were located at the Westin next door, which required quite a bit of walking. The beach is beautiful to walk on, but you should definitely not swim in the ocean from this beach. ”

“room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort.”

“Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience. ”
