This was hands down one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is completely misrepresented and severely neglected.There is no washer on the property, which turned something basic like laundry into a total nightmare. The maid was essentially useless—barely did any cleaning and was constantly on her phone. On top of that, the bathrooms were completely understocked. We had almost no toilet paper or towels, and despite asking multiple times, nothing was ever replenished. Completely unacceptable.The property itself feels chaotic and unsafe. There are random people constantly coming and going, with zero sense of privacy or security. Imagine trying to relax by the pool and having complete strangers you’ve never seen before just walk right past you—it’s unsettling and ruins any chance of enjoying the space.Cleanliness was beyond disturbing. There was actual blood on the door from previous guests. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how poorly this place is maintained.The air conditioning is terrible. The master bedroom is unbearably hot—like a sauna—making it impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, the elevator doesn’t work, so if you have luggage, be prepared to drag it up and down steep spiral stairs. We reported this multiple times and were completely ignored.The “amenities” are a joke. IE gym equipment… invisible elliptical.. and a few weights.
