Villa 3707 è un condominio due camere da letto / tre bagni ed è splendidamente decorato. La nostra "casa al mare" può ospitare comodamente fino a otto persone. La terrazza di grandi dimensioni dalla nostra unità al 7 ° piano si affaccia sulle splendide piscine sottostanti e sul paesaggio immacolato. Questa unità è ancora più desiderabile, per chi non vuole mai lasciare il suo comfort e fascino, con l'aggiunta di un grill a gas per godersi il tuo recente pescato o un acquisto in un mercato locale !!! L'ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina completa sono l'ideale per rilassarsi e godersi Cabo San Lucas con la famiglia e gli amici.

La Villa è un ambiente sapientemente lavorato splendidamente arredato nel grande stile dell'elegante Messico. Il ricco ambiente ti affascina con servizi e caratteristiche ineguagliabili tra cui ampie terrazze, soffitti alti tre metri, mobili in acero fine, pavimenti in marmo travertino, piani cucina in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e aria condizionata centralizzata.

The unit was super clean and spacious. It was very comfortable. The kitchen tools are very basic and only comment would it would be nice to have the basics such as dish soap and sponge and paper towels. it was a very nice vacation.

The resort and unit were both beautiful and in great shape. We were surprised by the amazing views of the yachts in the bay. We loved sitting on the loungers on the balcony. Only possible thing to remove would be to have the kitchen a little more stocked with cooking items and utensils, although having rental units ourselves, we've seen how these items always wonder off.

Super Bowl weekend. I have stayed at this resort many times. Your unit is very nice but I don’t understand when somebody is paying a hefty premium you cannot supply paper towels and a spice rack for tenants. Or coffee filters and more than two small dish towels. I own a property in South Lake Tahoe and required by my vacation rental people to have way more amenities than you. I will still give you a good rating because I know what a bad rating can do for you future rentals. You need to step up your game. P.S. all the added on fees these days to stay at a resort are ruining the experience………greed will bring down the entire Industry!!!

Property great but… Owner was not at all compassionate to the situation we experienced. Electrical/ Outlet issues- hotel repair people in the unit for 2 days trying to fix the issue. Could not use the kitchen or the giant master bathroom for 2 out of 4 days? Owners response was “things happen” Not acceptable for the money spent on the unit. Will not return with this host.

The condo was beautiful. We so enjoyed the view from the patio. Communication from Margo was great. My only frustration was the lack of basic items. There is no dish soap, dish rag, laundry soap, paper towels, napkins…. We asked at the concierge and they said we should have asked for the amenity pack. Wish I had known that.

This was a beautiful villa and property! We enjoyed every minute. The drinks / food on property were very pricey, would be our only complaint. And the all-inclusive option does not include alcoholic drinks.

We had a great stay at this property. Great location. The property was beautiful and the villa worked perfectly for us. It also had an amazing view of the ocean, we had our coffee and did whale watching from the balcony! Margo was very quick to respond to my messages and was very helpful during our trip. Definitely recommend staying here!

I am one that uses reviews before I book anything. This unit was stunning! The location was right close to the elevator and pool. The views are stunning, I was in love with the sunset view it offered! The beds are so comfortable and the pillows are amazing! It was extremely clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion. The maid service was every other day and they did a great job! I could not find one thing that wasn’t pure paradise in this room and La Estancia! We bought a few groceries on our way to the resort but you really do not need to buy anything if you don’t plan on cooking in. We used B & B transportation to get to the hotel and they did a great job! We ate at La Casona quite a few times and the food was great and the service was even better! We loved Pascual Same with La Parrilla! We tried a few other restaurants at the sister resorts and they were terrible! Not worth the time. The service at the beach from our favorite server Epanoza was top notch! We spent a lot of time sitting there watching our girls play on the beach, drinking, eating and looking at all the things the beach sales people had to offer. They really are fun to get to know after a few days and many “no” responses from us. Margo has been so easy to work with as many other people say in their reviews! Overall book this unit!! You will not be disappointed!

Margo's place is super nice and a great space for either a family or even multiple families. The patio is a great size to either chill or have a meal, with a great view overlooking the property and out over the sea. Margo is very responsive, about any time of the day/night, and very easy to work with. Very much enjoyed our stay!

La Estancia is a cut above. Right on beach, swimmable beach I might add. Grounds well maintained and beautiful. Our unit was big and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and nice linens. Everything exceeded our expectations. Perfect ocean view from our balcony. Will stay again, this time with my entire family. Thanks for a great time.

Thank you Margo for the opportunity to stay at your unit! Villa La Estancia is beautiful. The service is great, from when we first arrived and checked in, to our last day when we checked out. Maria at poolside gave the best service everytime we were out there. Local shopping for supplies and groceries are nearby (Walmart, Costco, resort on-site mini mart). Even using resort gym had an amazing view of the ocean. We would definitely comeback and stay here again!

This was our first time in Cabo and we were spoiled! Condo is in the perfect location on Medondo Beach- as well as the perfect location within the resort. Near elevator and amazing sunset views. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need- just unpack your bags. Will be back!
