“Hypes is a very good place to stay if you are in Cali. It is close to Parque de los Gatos, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Main Bathroom was very spacious and modern, a very nice space. However, the small bathroom had a bit of an odour that will come and go, this was shared with the reception. “We stayed in room 1 which was spacious, clean, excellent AC and a very good tv with Netflix. The shower was hot with great water pressure and there was plenty of space for hanging clothes and good lighting options. Janet was incredibly helpful, she provided an ice compress for some bad insect bites I picked up in Cartagena and was on hand with ice bucket and extra bin bags when we decided to order in pizza. As for the water terrible during my stay, I had to change rooms because the showerhead was leaking water onto the floor and water during my showers were room temperature at its best.
