Chalet a Calle 25 de Enero

“Check in was weird and not mentioned at all through email at all. When we arrived there was no front desk, just staff waiting around in golf carts. I didn’t mind, just preferred that this be mentioned through some communication. Every room has its own personal garage which is nice. There’s no explanation about that on anything either. This is advertised as an adult only property which is fine”

“The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. “Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.”

“Everything was very clean and organized I got confused with the address and the owner communicated with me and directed me to the exact address when I go to Puerto Rico again I will contact them again to stay at the same place ”

“El lugar es realmente hermoso, único problema es la limpieza de los baños y área piscina que al parecer no es privada para los que pagan por hospedarse buscando tranquilidad o un poco de privacidad. La piscina se llena de personas que no se comportan del todo y llenan de basura todo el lugar y cuando mi familia fue a utilizar baño de las piscinas y restaurante estaban demasiado sucios eh incómodo de utilizar. Deberían controlar un poco el acceso y uso.”
