“The hotel is no where near where it is advertised, the listing shows it right in Guatape and a 3 minute walk to the square. It is a 30 minute walk to the square! The hot tubs never had water in them. The staff was unfriendly and barely acknowledged you when you came and went. When we got off the bus we walked to the advertised location to discover it was not there, it took at least a half an hour to find the hotel location and another half an hour to walk there. FALSE ADVERTISING!”

“This was a quaint little place, just a 5-minute walk across the bridge from the center of town. The rooms were decent-sized, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My room had a terrace overlooking the garden area. The bathroom was large enough to move and shower, with plenty of hot water. The hosts were available and friendly, and the breakfast was quite sufficient, and served with a smile. ”

“Very difficult to enter. Address is incorrect on ALL advertising. Front door AND back door is locked after a certain time in the evening (we were stuck inside for more than an hour until someone finally came). Won't stay there again.”

Se poi questa tenda è arredata con ottimo gusto in stile safari, se ti offrono gite in canoa, sup, falò serali con marshmallows, viste magnifiche su albe e tramonti, colazione servita direttamente sul tuo terrazzino privato, ottima cucina e comodo accesso al vicino Penol, passare una o due notti qui non potrà che lasciarvi incantati.”

“This hotel is rated three stars but it is pretty basic. The room is barely 10x10. We stayed 2 days. Pros were the staff, Sandra was wonderful, and our balcony and room view of the lake. What was unexpected was: the bed was basic, not great for my back, and we were only given 2 pillows, a sheet and a simple blanket. There was no air conditioning, only a standing fan, the shower was rudimentary, and only one small table and a combo hanger/shelf. Breakfast was simple, and as with a lot of hotels,...
