It is a 2-story home, with a kitchen, dining room and half bath on the entry level that looks out on the step-down living room and on to the large back deck and pine forest. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed with a shared full bath. There is also a small deck off the larger bedroom where the view makes you feel like you are perched in a tree house.
This special property located on Lodge Hill affords Lots of privacy, yet it's just a a short drive to town or the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and beautiful to walk through. The forest trails on the Fiscalini preserve are just a 3-minute walk from the front door. You can sit out on the back-deck to enjoy the beautiful garden and a view of the forest. A small patio out front gets the afternoon sun and is a great place to relax and enjoy watching birds, turkeys & deer. A small one car garage with steep driveway houses a large sized washer & dryer.
