“Couldn’t fault anything. One immediate problem was fixed straightaway. Room was spacious . Bathrobes , complimentary water etc , nice touches. Nice welcome too by staff on check in , which they had made earlier for us , so more than pleased. Pub is 5 minute walk from tube station. Would definitely stay again ”

“Our whole experience was fantastic. Simple check in, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. You can store luggage before you check in or after check out without any concerns. The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road.”

“La location e' perfetta per muoversi in citta' verso tutte le direzioni. La stanza e' piccola ma ben gestiti gli spazi. All'arrivo la stanza era pulita ma durante la nostra permanenza non e' stata fatta alcuna pulizia, ne' alla camera, se non rifatto il letto, ne' al bagno e non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani per 5 gg. ”

“Room was spotless. All of the staff especially lady on front desk sorry I cannot remember her name, were amazing and so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. In fact, all the staff went above and beyond by promptly bringing us a plug in fan heater for our room when the heating wasn't functioning and when I asked for some more bottled water they brought up 4 instead of just 2. “Good location, in a quiet, pleasant street, close to King’s Cross Station. The room was clean, comfortable and just as described. The fridge was useful and it was lovely to have ice cold water and other cold drinks and chocolate biscuits included gratis. Check-in was smooth and communication was excellent. What made my stay superlative were the helpful staff and extra touches, like taking my cases up to the room while I explored the area (as I arrived early), fresh sandwiches left in the room...
