Hotel vicino a Campidoglio - San Juan

“Hotel storico in fase di ristrutturazione.Aria condizionata rumorosa”

“We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm. I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight, offering amazing views of Old San Juan and making for an unforgettable experience. There were only a few minor things I wasn’t particularly fond of. The elevators can take a while to come up or down, although it wasn’t much of an issue for me since I was staying on the second floor. The food at the restaurant was good, but I felt it was a...

“Very clean. And in a very centric area.”

“Perfect location at a great price. Felt safe in the heart of Old Town. Right next door to the Department of State and across the street from Plaza de Armas. Bonus, there is a small slushy store to the right of the entrance that sells small liquor bottles, water, juice etc and the afternoon/night clerk gives great local travel tips and advice.”

“Clean room just wish the check in was before 4pm”

“We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!”

“It has been one of the worst hotel stays that we have had. Very slow check-in. Dirty and badly cured room and bathroom. We did not sleep for an entire night since the air conditioner was in “error” and they had an awful noise coming from their plumbing. The room looked on a common area where people passed so we could not open the windows. People try to help without results. The staff was good in giving advice about restaurants and places to visit. We did not have any answers to our complaints.”

Tutti i codici sbagliati!!!

“We had a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciated the hospitality. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!”
