Welcome to your 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located in Lakefront Kingston Island.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a homemade meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a `55 smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. TV has no access to local channels.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The parking garage provides parking space for one car. There are also options for 1H and 2H free parking available along the Trevillian Quay.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the lake access, and common garden or rooftop throughout your stay.
NOTE: The pool is temporarily closed as it is under repair until April 2025.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Located in the Pier development on Kingston Island, this is a superb mixed-use building on the waterfront and has become one of Canberra`s most coveted locations. The Kingston Foreshore features waterfront cafes, restaurants and bars, along with a mix of art and cultural activities.
You can catch the bus (from Wentworth Ave) in the Kingston area. It will take approx 21 mins to reach the city by bus, 9 minutes by car/taxi/uber or around 1-hour and 3 minutes walking.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
NOTE:
Kindly note that remediation works are ongoing at the podium level until April 2025, which may cause some noise and disruptions.
