This was my first time staying at this resort and overall it was ok. The service may have been impacted because of the Covid-19 situation.
Pros: Beautiful property, the room was amazing. We got the balcony facing the ocean which was great for relaxing and watching the sunrise. The beach was never crowed and only a few steps from the resort. The best staff was amazing, very nice especially the bartender jose and fonzi which were very entertaining and fun. The hotel overall was clean.
Cons: the food was average to below. I was expecting better meals. Breakfast was nice though it had some good options for the basics. But we did find our selves eating out dinner 2 of the 3 nights we stayed because of quality and lack of food. Drinks were also very watered down. I myself am a bartender, and while I didn't particularly expect the drinks to be strong at an all inclusive I expected them to have a little bit of alcohol. Safe to say if you stay here bring your own bottle, or else you will be drinking a lot of watered down smoothies. The communication of the what was opened and schedules could have been handled better, even something as simple as the wi-fi password was hard to get. I was not told about it upon check in, and when I called from my room I was required to leave my room, head to the lobby, sing a document gaining permission to access the wi-fi then go back to my room.
