“Overall the stay was amazing the only thing I would recommend is for staff to double check under the beds. Due to us finding a bag of chips and old pieces of food under the bed. Other than that it was amazing. ”

“The room was clean and spacious. I was also impressed with the number of outlets in the room, we normally struggle to find enough outlets to charge our electronics. Breakfast was yummy and the dining area was well stocked. The only issue we had with this location was that the indoor pool was very cold. Either the pool is not heated or the heater was not working. Otherwise we had we had a great day!”

“We stayed here while in town for a concert at the amphitheater. The distance was key for us. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ”

“Easy off street parking, excellent room spacious and easily negotiated with walker and the bathroom was as well. Very good handicap door accessibility and opening. Food and bar are excellent and the restaurant staff were friendly and kind. ”

“It was clean, breakfast was good and well tended to, the common spaces are updated and nice. Our room was a suite with a pull out couch. It was good space for us and our 4 kids for just spending nights while visiting family in town. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a good location and nice value. ”

“Excellent service, extremely friendly and accommodating front desk, welcoming in every way. I came in very late, but was greeted with a warm smile and kind attentiveness. The hotel itself shows lots of signs of wear. If you're looking to stay in a room that is completely free of signs of age, this would not be your place. But for me, it was great. "Everything was nice but the view from my room: when you chose to upgrade to a high tower room you need to understand that you might get a room in the back of the building with a view on the back alley: definitely not worthy to pay more for that, considering the rooms have the same size. City view doesn’t mean on Michigan Ave, those rooms should be cheaper."

"I had an amazing experience in Chicago. The hotel is in a very central location and you can basically walk to every major spot in town. The staff is super kind and helpful. A guy, Arturo his name, has been the most kind person I could ask for. The structure is old, yes, not recently refurbished, but clean and affordable. I strongly recommend it!"
