“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave. Towels are small and very minimal (we only got 3 for a 4 person room). No hand towels at all and only 2 washcloths. It is also right on a major highway so you WILL hear a lot of...

“It appears to be newly renovated and very clean. Check in and check out process was very simple and staff was great. My only issue was it was about a mile to the beach.”

“The rooms and the property here were well maintained. Pricing was reasonable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms could use some updating. Linens were clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Ample parking and the outdoor pool area was clean and well kept. I would recommend the Saratoga if you are looking for a place with comfortable accommodations to spend a few days close to the beach in Wildwood Crest.”

“We really liked it, it was clean and we had everything needed. We were infront of the pool first floor. The only complaint I have is that check in is @4pm and we must be out by 10am they do not give you much time. We only stayed one night. The decorations were so cute , made you feel at home.”

“We asked for a 2 queen room - we got a queen and pull Out couch with no mattress pad. Only coils to sleep on. 2 packets of coffee the first night. Second night they didn’t clean the dish’s or sink or replace coffee pads $800 per night - never again”
