“Parking was a breeze. Check in was lovely, the person checking us in was very kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is immaculate, it smelled clean, and the room was massive. The food was great and there’s lots of other things you can do if you don’t want to gamble. They have a beautiful outdoor fire pit area as well.”

“I liked that it is close to downtown Saratoga Springs. I did not like that my check in took very long because an employee registered another guest under my reservation. Ugh! I did not like that the room refrigerator did not work very well, and I really did not like that the curtains did NOT cover the entire window sill letting light in throughout the night and in the morning. I doubt I would stay here again.”

“Breakfast was ok, some of the food didn’t seem fresh . Parking is safe and appropriate . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was polite but could be a bit more welcoming and friendly .”
