“Facilities were decent. Rooms not completely cleaned. Staff was racist and rude at times. I had one incident with one of the bar tenders and management seemed very nonchalant about the complaint. I was told that Dominicans are just like black people so my claim wasn’t valid. Pools are very nice. Please be prepared for locals walking around soliciting services around the pool. ”

“Hotel is centrally located near the city and cruise ship port which is a good/bad thing. Fun to watch the ships and easy to walk to things but can get crowded and loud. We stayed at the residences next to the hotel proper which was nice because we had a full apartment with 1 1/2 baths and could go out the ‘back door’ to the neighboring beach when our beach was crowded with day trippers from the ships. The water park attracts families of course so we avoided the area until later in the day when...

“The property is amazing, our room was a swim out and it was perfect. We would open our balcony and just be in our pool. All the other pools are also perfect! The beach is not wavy and very warm water. The food is really good. But if I need to choose one thing, that would be the staff. “The location of this hotel was ideal. Very close to the airport and beaches. The pool was great and very well maintained. I was here with my kids and they were so pleased. We also loved that the beach access was very close (2 min walk) where they had chairs, towels and umbrellas for us. The breakfast was great as well. All the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again ”
