“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Clean room & very friendly staff. However, several amenities did not work properly in the room, including the internet, which was very frustrating. Additionally, the airport shuttle service was not consistently available during a busy part of the weekend (no service between 12pm-5pm) which made transportation difficult & inconvenient”

“Air condition sounded like a lawn mower was on as it cycle through to turn off. It kept us awake and it was warm in the room. You have to pay for parking even if you’re staying for the night. We had to leave before 6 on a Saturday so they did not have a grab and go breakfast like they did M-F. So all of the above was disappointing. Staff was great and room was really nice. Really convenient to airport ”

“In the average disorganized ;expected to breakfast included in the price but was not- second I paid for breakfast now it take me a week to get refunded the deposit if 50 dollars they ask me to put down - not a good policy ; I’m unhappy ”

“As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. “The shower in the suite did not work. We tried calling downstairs and could never get hold of someone. We had to go home without showers. Also, no blankets for the pull out bed. We had to go downstairs for those after again no answer at the desk. ”
