“This was a great stop for me and my family. It’s a holiday inn not a Hilton, but was Clean, comfortable, good location. We forgot a medication in the fridge and the front desk had it for us! Would stay here again, the staff is caring and responsive.”

“Staff didn’t want anything to do with you, very unhappy crew, but whatever they weren’t traveling with me. Room was clean, breakfast was cold, coffee bitter, so I had yogurt, tea and hard boiled eggs. There’s lots of options, other than scrambled eggs & bacon. Everyone loved the make your own waffle station. I love that they have an indoor pool. Well kept and always a lifeguard present. This is my 2nd stay here, I will book again. Price is reasonable and convenient to where I like to go.”

“I have stayed at the Nyack Hotel before and had a good experience, which is why this last stay was so disappointing. After driving four hours from Boston, I arrived around 12:15 a.m. and was exhausted. There was a large wedding party at the hotel, and when I went to check in there were only about three groups ahead of me. Unfortunately, there was only one front desk agent working. Each group seemed to take an extremely long time because there were lengthy conversations, multiple payment...

“I’m very disappointed with our stay. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have never had a negative experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ResortPass guests, but people were arriving as early as 8:00 a.m., placing towels on lounge chairs, and then leaving for hours without ever using the pool. As a result, there were virtually no chairs available for guests who were actually at the pool. To make matters worse, this morning...

“We liked the property.The room could us an updating.Furniture was chipped in many places.and there was grease on rhe furniture.Hotels is in a good location to take walks on the trail to the water.Staff were very nice and helpful.”

“This motel perfectly corresponds to our needs: easy to be reached by car, large parking, comfortable rooms, good quality hot buffet breakfast included in the reasonable rates. Smart person at the reception. 5 minutes by car from the Hopper House (which is our reason to visit Nyack, NY)”

“It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit”
