"Tutto ok posizione ottima, camere un pò datate ma nel complesso ok. Unico problema c'è fila sempre dappertutto, per colazione, per check, per check out etc il personale gentile ma non riesce a fare fronte alla marea umana di persone. Ottimi i 6 ascensori, altri alberghi a Manhattan ti prendono in ortaggio costringendoti ad attese irritanti, qui molto bene. Non mi è piaciuto avere la tariffa con colazione e poi dovere pagari altri 10 usd (tavolo tasse e mancia) per consumarla seduto, questo è veramente un gesto da poveri."

"Very central, a place of great charme, i've been there several times, just a couple of points of which I'm not enthusiastic: the bar closes at 11 PM (and they raised up prices) and the business centre, where there is not a Word program usable in the computer for clients, whose license would be a very modest cost for a 4-stars hotel, charging for every day of the stay a 'facility fee' of $. 25. That would have been the only 'facility' service i'd have liked to use."

"Struttura con posizione strategica, camera bella e comoda ma il bagno ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Consiglio di chiedere una camera lontano dagli ascensori, emettono un suono tutte le volte che si aprono le porte e disturbano il sonno."

"Excellent location: super central, right next to Times Square and main attractions. Outdated structure needing modernization, basic comforts, and doesn’t deserve its stated stars (more like 2 than 3). Staff is top-notch: friendly and very helpful. Good for one night, just for the spot."
