“Only problem: the room was next to a noisy engine( i guess it was the ac converter). Had we had a light sleet it would have been a huge problem.”

“All’arrivo c’è stata data una camera al piano terra che era piena di umidità, abbiamo aspettato un’ora e mezza per un cambio camera e alla fine ci hanno dato per una notte una camera con due letti da una piazza e mezza non adatti per la nostra vacanza( è una vacanza con il partner). La mattina dopo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un’altra ora e mezzo per avere una camera. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade, però ovviamente non può coprire il tempo verso per questo disguido. “Albergo di grandi dimensioni fronte mare con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, dotato di ristoranti, piscine, spa, parco giochi e miniclub. Juniorsuite per 4 persone corretta. Personale gentile ed efficace. Nel complesso una buona struttura. ”

“The room was a great size, clean and with a good minibar and bathroom. The linen was great too. The issue with the tv with no signal was resolved within an hour, the air conditioning was a little noisy but worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and proactive. The massage was incredible. , Brandon stood out with his "can do" friendly demeanour. I would definitely book again if we came to Cartegana.”

“Just dirty. Room smelled like mildew and floor was covered in debris. Air conditioning didn’t work so unable to sleep. The rooftop pool was adults only, which we didn’t know, so we’re disappointed as we travelled with kids. The ONLY good thing was the gym.”

“ We loved this place: welcoming and helpful staff, large suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, great mattresses and pillows, decent wifi, perfect location in the heart of Cartagena, nice balconies, great (even if tiny ) rooftop bar with a relaxing view on the roofs of Cartagena and an everlasting breeze with gorgeous sundowners.
