“Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. ”

“Basic but nicely put together. Condition of fittings and room are good and clean. Easy to park right in front of hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Easily accessible to supermarkets, restaurants and town centre which are all nearby. ”

“The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. ”

“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

“This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay.”

“Property is excellent even though it it's quite a distance from the main attractions...the staff are friendly and courteous..one suggestion would be to provide the shuttle service free for hotel guests...”

“Hotel located in a quite busy commercial area but that makes it convenient for meals and grocery shopping. Large reception area and restaurant. It has its own free parking in the basement. Chose to stay there as it was value for money and just a 1-km drive to the Genting Premium outlet. The triple room was really spacious but the bathroom was disappointingly small. The toilet bowl was leaking and the walls lacked proper attention for a 3-star hotel. Still, looking beyond all these, it is still a...

“The place is so nice. Very cold and very homie. but its just that we didnt expect that they will put us in like a connecting room? luckily nobody checked in there during our stay. but overall its okay and nice place :) shuttle service is sooo convenient every hour they have a service going to sky avenue and in a no hassle booking also. the room is so spacious too. got dining and all stuffs. its like an airbnb already but were expecting a microwave hehehe but they dont have but its okay. no...
