“Me and my significant other took a little mini vacation wonderful house. It was very clean very beautiful inside, I like the beach vibes beautiful bedrooms. I recommend anybody to book this place. If I had to go back, I’ll book again. ”

“It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! ”

“We had a great time at Jacobs property, it was very clean and had a great game room setup in the garage. Couch was a little small but everything else was great. Private parking in the back of the house, always a street spot available, large kitchen and every bedroom was large so you didnt feel stuffy. Jacob had great communication and expressed his desire to continue to improve the property, so every stay should be better than the last. “This was our family’s favorite places to stay in Nokomis. Our host checked in through VRBO to make sure we made it in and see if everything was good. We enjoyed using the bikes, and we were close to the beach.”
