“There are a Good position, a very good room, the housskiper came to late durino the day and only one woman at recepiotn was very unpolite.”

“Front desk manager and bellmen/valet staff were great. Some of the front desk attendants need training in customer service and how to behave with customers when they are checking in or approached with questions. Having attitude does not help and comes across as unprofessional. The prices for drinks at the bar are very expensive and service can be late when ordering food.”
