“Staff very nice, but they tend to hide. Overall a decent hotel, basic breakfast and clean. Perfect for my needs. Did not have time for the pool or fitness center. The one thing that disappointed me, and this is probably on me for not checking further, was that I requested a room with a fireplace. I got one, presuming it would be a gas burner with a switch. Nope. A real wood burning fireplace. I did not go looking for wood. ”

“I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly horrible and very upsetting for my family. When we first walked into the hotel, we noticed dog hair all over the couch. I brushed it off because I understand people travel with pets and tried not to make a big deal about it. Later that night around 11 PM, my husband went into the bathroom and turned on the light when he saw a roach come out from the sink. After hearing that, I immediately panicked because I have a huge fear of...
