Hotel a Catasauqua

“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day...

“Clean rooms. Breakfast and coffee weren’t that great. I did not like the room setup. The bathrooms was located right in front of the beds which I found weird. Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. ”

“The elevators are great, they are fast and big. Our room smells like food when we checked in, thanks god the window opens. The basic functions worked but the bath tub has scratches and stains, soap holder is rusted. Bosu in the gym is not sufficiently inflated.”

“This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

“I strongly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. The room was excellent. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with necessary kitchen items. Pots and pans looked new, no scratches or nicks. Towels clean, soft and plentiful. I can't think of anything to complain about. Staff was polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. “All were polite. SHUTTLE service and on site PARKING rates were excellent. The BREAKFASTwas very good. Loby and front desk areas were clean. However, ROOMS were filthy. Hair in tub. Light switches, lamps, remote and even hairdryer were all dirty. ”
