“Die Unterkunft war genau das was wir wollten. Eine sehr gute Lage zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Hauptstraße, aber trotzdem ruhig sodass man seinem Urlaub genießen konnte. Das Haus war sauber und man mochte sich gerne dort aufhalten. Auch der Pool und die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen waren perfekt. ”

Not a far drive from some great spots such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and the outlets for some great shopping. Host was great with communication. We unfortunately had cold weather while we were diwn there so were not able to enjoy the beautiful pool. The screened in area was wonderful to enjoy our morning coffee and afternoon wine. “The house is lovely. Quality towels and linens provided. Everything was clean well stocked. We had a wonderful stay until our last day. Unfortunately a cold front came through and we found out the hard way that heat is not included in the rental. The host made a call to a tech and we wasted over three hours (after telling us they were 45 mins away) waiting for him to arrive since she said someone had to be at the house. “We visited the area for a wedding on Boca Grande. The location was very convenient. A Publix grocery store is very close. The property is as described. It was very clean. Beds, pillows and bedding are good quality and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, cooking utensils, plates, coffee cups, glasses so you can prepare a meal.
