“Beautiful property, rooms have no actual locks or doors on bathroom. Just hovering glass, cleaning ladies walked right in while we where using the toilet. Towel service is impossible, tried to book A LA Carte all 4 nights, booked 4 days in advance had to eat buffet food every night. Property seems very safe in comparison to others, staff isnt as friendly as you would hope and we are Canadian so we are pretty friendly. “Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright.”
