Pool Access

Pool Access Information:
• Free pool access for up to 3 guests
• Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closed on Mondays for maintenance)
• Guests must register at the front lobby before swimming
• After registration, proceed to the Lower Ground floor to obtain your pool pass
• ₱100 per person per day for additional guests (Avida policy)

Parking slot
On-site parking: One slot available inside the building for ₱350/night. Please inform us in advance so we can check availability.
Off-site parking: Paid parking is also available across Avida Riala (beside JP Morgan), approximately a 3–5 minute walk away.

Guest Access & Check-In
To comply with condominium policies, we’ll request a clear photo of your valid ID prior to check-in for the visitor log and gate pass. Full instructions will be messaged once your booking is confirmed.

Fresh Linens & Towels
All towels and linens are professionally laundered and prepared fresh for each new guest.

Extended Stays
For bookings of 7 nights or more, we’re happy to provide extra towels and bedding for added comfort.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a penalty of ₱5,000 to cover extra cleaning, odor removal, and possible loss of guests for future bookings.

All check-in details and house rules will be sent to your inbox a day before your check-in date at 3:00 PM. Please make sure to check your messages so you’re all set for a smooth arrival!

Check-In Information
To help us prepare for a smooth and hassle-free check-in, please provide the following details after your booking is confirmed:
• Full names of all guests
• Estimated time of arrival
• Photo of the booker’s valid ID
• Booker’s phone number
• Booker’s email address (same one used for the VRBO account)

Building Entry Policy:
For everyone’s safety and security, the building management requires 1 valid ID per guest upon entry. Kindly ensure each guest brings their ID, as no ID means no entry. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
