Hotel a Cedar Falls

“We stayed from July 1st to the 5th. Everything was perfect when we arrived. When we tried the television it wasn’t set up properly. We received help; management came and the only way we could use it was to have 2 remotes. We had trouble several times and had to call. Management was never able to set up with one remote. Staying 5 days with 3 people, our room was never cleaned; we had to ask every day for more towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, or we got them ourselves. Waste...

We unfortunately were late and she still accommodated & treated us so well. The rooms are amazing. Her cooking breakfast was so yummy! Penny the scruffy little dog is so cute.
