“It was good ”

“Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. ”

“Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had. She didn't tell the truth aboug trying to contact me the the room was ready even though I NEVER left the lobby seated right in front of the counters. Once we finally hotbin the room it was alright.”

“Molto bene per una notte prima del volo. Decisamente da migliorare il wifi nelle camere. Colazione molto basica con poca scelta . Parcheggio libero. Stanze nuove e pulite. ”

“This was the second time I stayed at TYRP and it was most certainly better than the first. The staff was so helpful and the location is ideal for partying and if you have a car close to San Juan and the Condado area. The restaurant called hotties was the place to eat for a good steak and a hydrating beverage.”

“Everything was good went well only tho g was the shower in my room had no closed door so the floor was soaked and the restaurant staff fake was rude the first day but i enjoyed my time overall”

“The accommodations were satisfactory. The buffet was a positive aspect, but replenishment should be expedited when items are depleted, especially given the high volume of guests. I also had to request cream cheese, which ideally should be readily available, particularly since bagels are offered. Our room had an unpleasant odor. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken. Upon our second notification, they responded and attributed the smell to the air conditioning not being in operation....

“Room we got was different from the pictures and a lower category room type. The staff didn’t do anything about it. ”

“Very courteous staff, great food! Little pricey but it was an amazing experience. Just a little side note ***additional charges of over 72$/day for resort fees. We didn’t realize and I am not thrilled about with Expedia.”

“Pools and grounds are gorgeous. The whole place has a beautiful resort feel. Ocean view is the best on the north shore—crashing surf on two sides and calm swimming lagoon to the west. ”
