Cenote Giardino dell'Eden: Tour e Visite Guidate

Proprietà molto integrata nel territorio, nel resort tutte piccole casette, molto pulite, comprese anche le parti comuni. Personale molto gentile. Bello avere a disposizione sempre qualcosa di aperto per mangiare a qualsiasi ora uno arrivi. Buono il cibo nei ristoranti a tema, a parte il ristorante italiano, ma essendo italiani siamo esigenti 😅. Molto seria anche la sicurezza. Belle le due piscine vicino alla spiaggia ben attrezzata. L'unico problema, dicono stagionale, ma la stagione si allunga sempre di più, sono le alghe chiamate Sargasso, purtroppo in questo periodo molto infestanti. Impossibile entrare in mare. E oltretutto maleodoranti soprattutto se esposte al sole, e malgrado i notevoli sforzi per liberarsi da questa infestazione, più ne tiravano via più il giorno dopo ne tornavano, ogni giorno camion e camion di alghe portate via, e lungo tutta la costa. Ci è mancata l'idea che avevamo del mare caraibico, ma per fortuna il resort ha compensato pienamente la cosa.

Wow! Easily the best resort we have stayed at. I am not Vegan but the best part of this trip was definitely the food. The all-inclusive is the best deal around by far. There are plenty of non-vegan options but honestly I mostly ate the vegan versions. Everything was top-shelf. Charlies Vegan Tacos were a highlight. And we actually lost some weight while we were there since its so healthy. The service was incredible. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiles and hellos. We got to know by name many of the staff. The Pools are about the best I have seen and the beach (when there is not seaweed) is incredible. And they keep it cleaner than any other beach around. Every time we ventured out to try something different we came back to the hotel because it was just better. The free classes like Yoga were amazing as well. I feel this is a secret that will soon be out. But thank you to all the staff who were part of this experience.

We had an amazing stay at Haven Riviera Cancun! The resort was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and always kept in great condition. The pools were also amazing and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the vacation. The staff really made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Jorge and Adrian at the bar — they were both incredibly nice, cool, and made us feel welcome every time we came by. They always had a great attitude and made getting drinks even more enjoyable! Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Haven and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing adults-only all-inclusive resort. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!
