Situato al largo di Old Neck Road South, nel centro di Moriches, a New York, questo splendido cottage con due camere da letto e soppalco si trova proprio sul canale Senix Creek. Situato sul lungomare, questo noleggio ha un bacino galleggiante disponibile, kayak, paddle board, accesso privato alla spiaggia e un enorme cortile. È a pochi minuti dalla città di Centre Moriches e dista circa 15 minuti dagli Hamptons e si trova proprio tra due delle più belle spiagge di Long Island, "Smith Point Beach e Cupsogue Beach". Il parcheggio privato è disponibile anche in questo cottage recentemente ristrutturato e completamente arredato. Questo cottage unico ha un sistema audio surround e un sistema TV automatizzati. Offriamo tonnellate di giochi da tavolo, giochi all'aperto, un pozzo del fuoco, barbecue e molto altro. Circondato da una splendida vista, questo noleggio ha due camere da letto e un soppalco separato con spazio per dormire gli ospiti aggiuntivi, se necessario. Questo noleggio è davvero qualcosa di straordinario per trascorrere l'estate godendo!

The house was beautiful and was very tastefully decorated with fall decor. The bathrooms were beautiful, wood fireplace was perfection and our favorite part of the house was all of the amazing surf boards on display. It was the perfect retreat to get a little family time in! One thing to note - it seemed like all of the smoke detectors were removed from the home.

The house was beautiful, however the listing description wasn’t quite accurate. This is listed as a waterfront home, when in actuality you are renting a guest house in the backyard of the main home which is mostly blocking the waterfront view. The hot tub listed is an outdoor bathtub that was full of half empty planters, lawn cushions and debris. While the guest house is quite lovely, we would not have rented if we had known we were in someone’s backyard. We felt very awkward during our stay.

The house was stupendous with excellent attention to detail in the design and included thoughtful touches to really make it feel like a luxury get-away. The cleanliness of the home was perfect and not an amenity was missing - perfect. John was a very thoughtful host and his communication to be sure our stay was top notch was very much appreciated. It was the perfect way to experience and explore an area we had never been to before and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found it.

what a lovely getaway in center moriches. we stayed here for the weekend with a few friends and had the best time. with all the amenities on property, we barely wanted to leave to explore the area which is why we came! lol. the inside of the house was clean, beautiful and felt just like home. very spacious and decorated beautifully. and for it being a guest house, it was still very private which was nice. the outside of the house was also amazing with water views & entertainment like basketball, golf & bikes. the hosts have really created a great space for quality time. plus, sharing the property with them was so easy as they were so friendly and welcoming. we would absolutely stay here again!!

Beautiful cottage. Clean and lots of natural light with a water front decor. The outdoor shower is incredible and the outdoor seating is large and soothing. Waterfront location key. The master bedroom, closet and bath were luxurious. Two other bedrooms a bit small for large boys but they fit. Great time. Close to Hamptons and boat rentals.

We had a wonderful time, the place was immaculate, cozy and right up our alley!!! We had planned to go out to dinner both nights, but we loved the house so much. We just stayed in and grilled! Our hosts were just lovely!!! Attentive to any question, and just great! And the best part…. “Charlie” the quirky, charming, loving, adorable golden retriever and his side kick Niko.. making sure our stay was nothing less than perfect! We will most definitely be back! A wonderful stay at East End cottage

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the cottage in Center Moriches. The cottage is on a larger property - the owner’s home is at the waters edge with a dock and the cottage sits back from their home. We had access to the dock and a play set and kayaks. The cottage was so well-designed, well-appointed for cooking, relaxing, with lots of amenities and nice outdoor landscaping and seating; a beautiful space to stay. John was an amazing host - very helpful and respectful of our space during our stay. Nice to be able to experience an area of the Island that was new to me even though I grew up here. Exploring the inlet by kayak was great - beautiful, lots of birds.

2 friends and I rented John's place for a mini reunion. It was perfect for us. Very clean, very cutely decorated, loved the access to the bay, and sitting on the swings overlooking the bay. Geat deck to eat and relax. Though we didn't meet our host, he answered all of our communications in a timely fashion.

Beautiful oasis

This home is absolutely beautiful with everything you need. The house is even better than the pictures and all the amenities for the kids are so much fun. Beautiful view of the water with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. John was an amazing host with letting us borrow some things we forgot and when our kids wanted to make S’mores he came to the rescue and made them sticks. Don’t think twice about booking this house!!
