“Bathroom needs maintenance big time. Room 335. Booked and upper room corner and they gave me a room on the first floor”

“No greeting at check in. This hotel advertises free breakfast but do not offer breakfast. No manager on duty. Early check in $30. No wifi /USB port in the room. Poor customer service. Avoid if possible. ”

“Hotel staff was very helpful. There was an issue with Expedia booking, but the staff was able to handle it. The restaurant was amazing. Top quality food and the bartenders get a 5 star as well. Only thing I would point out is the exterior does not compliment the interior. I intend to stay here again.”

“Thoughtfully placed motion lights, extra towels, iron etc The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.”

“Our room was awful. Mold in the shower tiles, packed dirt in the floor corners. The bed was so close to the a/c unit that it was a trip hazard. The kitchenette was empty. No pots, no utensils, no dish soap....you'd think those things would be present in an Extended stay as they were in many others we've stayed in. We won't stay there again.”

“Check in was a nightmare…no rooms cleaned at 4:00. Computer system down. Elevator out of commission. Bath tub did not drain. Juice machine at breakfast did not work one day. Have stayed there in the past…will not in the future. Property is dated and not well maintained.”

“Can use a upgrade, paint peeling, dirty walls, floor had a burn in it from the iron. But for the money you can't complain, This location not kept up like others that I stayed at.”
