“The hotel has great direct access to the beach. The facilities are a perfect combination of modern and Spanish/Italian older style. Food is good although the menu could offer a bit more options. In terms of location, it is a great one if you don’t plan to be in the city but you still want to have a lunch or dinner in Santa Barbara and then go back to the hotel (15-20 mins by car). “Beautiful Property and amazing landscaping. Our room had a large hedge of flowering star jasmine right in front of our room patio area. I'm very allergic specifically to star jasmine so we couldn't enjoy opening the back patio door or sit out for very long. . Might be good idea to ask if there are any specific plants that may trigger allergies? Aside from that, all was fine. We appreciated all the complementary goodies in our room.”

“We really loved our stay with one exception. A woodpecker would wake us up daily between 6am-6:30am pecking loudly on the outside of our suite (#58). We asked if anything could be done but there wasn’t and it was a common occurrence. We would love to go back if we can be sure we could sleep in.”

“Beautiful views as advertised but not a 2 min walk to the beach as advertised which was the main reason we booked this stay. The trailer and site are lacking in the maintenance department, over grown weeds, ignitors do not work on the stove or pizza oven so bring a lighter (when I asked the host about fire wood he told me to bring my own lighter as he was not sure if there was one there) without a lighter I could not have cooked! No glasses, just coffee mugs so if you want to enjoy a nice glass...
