“Rooms were nice; beds were a little too firm. The pools are nice; there wasn’t a bar open at the pool but they had a service option although it took an hour to be delivered. The hiking paths were a fun thing to do. ”

“We had everything we needed. We didn’t need to leave the hotel because it had everything we needed. Restaurants were excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary bottled water was a nice touch!”

“Checking in it was good. We got in the room to rest and refresh to go to the pool to my surprise I got in the shower and the body wash and shampoo in the shower it was empty good thing I always bring some. When I saw the housekeeper I ask if she can please refill the shampoo and body wash she said she didn’t have it in her cart she’ll have somebody bring it to the room never happened. They need to check rooms before checking in people. Also staff not the best service and communication skills...
