“This motel is a throwback to those I remember staying at as a kid when we'd go to the beach. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and economical. Louie was at the desk when i checked in and checked out, and he couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating and informative. The attatched diner is a perfect fit, with great food and hospitable staff. Kudos to all involved!”

“This property was truly perfect for our family this past weekend in Cocoa. I was there for the Space Coast Triathlon, so I had gear with me, along with my wife and five children. The photos did not do justice to how spacious the place is.
