“There was paint that was peeling the doors in our room needed to be fixed. There was wood chip sticking out of the walls. The bathroom needed to be tidy a little better other than that the room was OK not great but OK.”

“The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!. The pool was disgusting and full of green algae....
