“Misleading listing I booked this expecting a normal hotel/resort. It turned out to be a timeshare-style property, which I didn’t mind—but it should have been disclosed upfront. I called ahead to confirm a late arrival and was told my room would be ready. When I got there around 10–10:30 PM, the property was clearly at capacity. After waiting, I was told there was no room ready—even though I had just confirmed it. What really bothered me is they charged a $150 deposit before confirming a room...
