We had to walk past two pools and across the length of many building (temp outside at 95 degrees) to get to the lobby, food and arcade. The room we had stayed in was booked for 4 but it only had two chairs. The green space in our section was were people went to smoke. “The level of professionalism was perfect all around. While at the pool, I noticed they have staff walking around to ensure everything is OK, the water was perfect, even had a tester come by while relaxing, room was very clean and the little touches from the sink, art work, quality of linen and pillows, you can tell they truly care about their property and their guest experience.
